About Me – The Story Behind Mustah Care
I’m Dr. Rida Tahir, Pharm.D, MSHA, PhD, and the story of Mustah Care began long before the brand had a name.
Working as a pharmacist, I spent years listening to people who were overwhelmed by the noise in health and beauty. They tried endless products, swallowed supplements that promised miracles, and followed routines they found online — yet so often, the results were disappointing or even harmful.
I saw the same frustration in my own circle: friends, family, and patients asking, “What actually works, and what’s just marketing hype?”
That question lit a fire in me. With my background in pharmacy, health administration, and clinical research, I knew I could build something better — a brand rooted in truth, science, and transparency.
Mustah Care was born from that mission: to bring women evidence-based skincare and wellness solutions they can trust. I wanted to merge the rigor of science with the gentleness of nature so that beauty routines stop feeling like a gamble and start feeling like self-care.
